My End Of Year Goals 2018

Read 5 books. At the start of the year I set myself the challenge of reading 50 books in 2018. We are currently a couple of weeks into November and I have read 7. I’m clearly not going to come anywhere near my original goal so I’ve had a re-think and am now aiming for 12 books this year. I’m partway through two books at the moment so hopefully this is achievable.

Work out 3 times a week. A permanent fixture on my goals list for as long as I can remember, I’ve only ever managed to stick to this one in the lead up to our wedding a few years ago. I don’t want to restrict myself too much food-wise over the festive period, so sticking with this will help to achieve some balance.

Go for a hike. My husband and I were talking just a few days ago about how living, working and playing in the city can’t be all that good for us. We both love going for country walks but never get round to doing it so we’ve decided to make a conscious effort to get away and do this at least once before the end of the year.
