19 Goal Ideas for 2019

As we approach the end of the year, I’m beginning to reflect and look back at goals I had set at the start of the year, as well as think about potential goals I may want to pursue in 2019.

I’ve had a bit of a brainstorm and come up with a list of 19 potential goal ideas for 2019:

  1. Read all of Jane Austen’s novels

  2. Learn how to cook 10 of your favourite dishes from scratch

  3. Build the habit of meditating regularly

  4. Learn how to edit photos

  5. Declutter and build a capsule wardrobe

  6. Learn how to write well

7. Improve your story-telling skills

8. Try a 30 day vegan/vegetarian challenge

9. Learn a new language using the Duolingo app

10. Learn to play an instrument

11. Read X number of books

12. Practice calligraphy/brush lettering

13. Save £X amount a week/month

14. Plan more cultural activities e.g visits to museums, galleries, theatre

15. Build a new exercise regime and try new classes e.g yoga, pilates, HIIT

16. Redecorate or refresh your space

17. Figure out your own personal best self care practices

18. Learn to meal plan/prep

19. Go on regular walks/hikes out in nature
